一、 存在的主要问题 1、 政治思想意识不够强。

2、 宗旨观念不够牢固。

4、 工作作风不够扎实。工作时间久了，没有新鲜事物出现，会有一种厌倦的情绪产生，对待工作有时抱有应付了事的态度，没有做到脚踏实地，总想在工作中找到捷径，最好不要花费太多的精力可以把事情做好。有时除了自己必需完成的以外，可以不做的就不做，省得惹祸上身。做事情只安于表面处理方法比较简单，有没有创新精神，工作作风还不够扎实，对问题不作深层次的分析，思考不深刻，有时还会把工作作为负担，却没有注意到工作方法的完善会给自己的工作带来动力。
