摘 要：目的/意義：慢病防控已成为我国的迫切需求，急需来自于医学界、营养学界和健康管理领域的“医疗智库”和“健康智库”的有效支撑，如何构建一流智库解决慢病防控这一重大民生问题已迫在眉睫。方法/过程：针对基础医学理论和临床医学实践的大量文献进行分析，通过深度剖析当前慢病防控存在的问题，发现未能找到慢病起源是导致难以创建高质量健康智库的关键所在;相应地，基于大量研究所发现的“慢病源于菌群”则为创建健康智库提供了基础、创造了条件。结果/结论：在针对慢病防控相关大量文献深度挖掘的基础上，结合我们实验室的相关研究，最终发现“慢病源于菌群”并形成“菌心说”学说和“医学3.0”的新观点，为创建高质量、一流的“健康智库”提供了参考思路，有利于促进“健康中国2030”战略目标的实现。

Creating High Quality "Health Think Tank" to Advance
the Strategic Goal of "Healthy China 2030"

Abstract：Objective/Significance：The prevention and control of chronic diseases has become an urgent need in China，which needs effective support from medical think tanks and health think tanks in the fields of medicine，nutrition and health care management.How to build a first-class think tank to solve the major livelihood problem of chronic diseases prevention and control is imminent.Method/Process：Based on the analysis of a large number of literatures on basic medical theory and clinical practice，the problems in the prevention and control of chronic diseases were deeply analyzed.We finally found that the failure to address the origin of chronic diseases was the key to the difficulty of creating a high-quality health think tank.Accordingly，the discovery of "chronic diseases originated from human symbiotic microorganisms" based on a large number of studies provided a valuable basis for the creation of a health think tank.RESULTS/CONCLUSION：Based on the in-depth excavation of a large number of literatures related to the prevention and control of chronic diseases and the related research in our laboratory，we finally found that "chronic diseases originate from human symbiotic microorganisms " and formed a new viewpoint of "gut flora-centric theory" and the "medical science version 3.0"，which provided a reference for the establishment of a high-quality and first-class "health think tank" and was conducive to promoting the strategic goal of "Healthy China 2030".
