吕学同志自担任海伦市向荣乡林业站长以来,十分重视绿化植树造林工作,在他的带领下,使向荣乡的林业管理水平不断提高,植树造林实现历史性突破,乡村绿化工作成效显著,为实现向荣乡建设卫星城镇，推进经济社会大发展大跨越做出了突出贡献。
一、注重学习，努力提高自身素质 吕学同志作为林业站长，能够努力学习，不断增强业务能力。在工作中他深知随着生态文明建设的不断推进，林业事业的蓬勃发展，集体林权制度改革的不断深化，知识将越来越重要，要搞好新形势下的林业工作，就需要不断地学习新知识，积累新经验，解决新问题，创造性地开展工作。几年来，他坚持向书本学习，虚心向市局同志请教，向有经验的农民学习，掌握了丰富的林业知识和专业技术，为高质量地完成各项业务工作打下了坚实的基础。
二、健全管理机制，加大林业管护力度 自担任向荣乡林业站长后，吕学同志首先提出了 “造林护林，绿化美化”的工作思路，亲自牵头参与乡政府制 定了向荣乡“十二五”林业发展规划和向荣乡林业管护实施办法，明确基层各单位的管护责任，与各村签定了管护责任状，建议乡政府和各村聘用专职护林员，按照上级规定要求与护林员签定林林管护合同。由于制度健全，责任到人，近年来未发生偷伐、盗伐林木现象，使全乡林业管理水平一直处于全市的先进行列。
为了鼓励和提倡农民个人进行造林，他创新体制，积极推进林权制度改革，本着“谁栽树、谁拥有、谁管护、谁受益”的原则，将分成的林木所有权转让给经营者。这样大大提高了全乡农民造林护林的积极性，同时又提高了农民个人的经济效益，改善了生态环境，提高了森林覆盖率。
三、全身心投入，提高植树造林和乡村绿化水平。
吕学同志自担任向荣乡林业站长以来，一直致力于植树造林，改善生态环境，发展林业产业。为了搞好造林工作，每年春季造林和秋季打床的时期，他都坚持工作在一线，技术指导在一线，严把工程规划设计及苗木供应关，做到规划不合格不挖坑，挖坑不合理的不调苗，苗木不合格不栽植，栽植不合理不验收，2011年向荣乡代表海伦市接受了绥化市造林现场会检查。2011年全乡共完成了造林860多亩，提前实现三年三千亩的造林目标，造林总体成活率达95以上。
随着全乡经济的快速发展，居民生活水平的提高，环境的改善已成为新农村建设进的一个重要方面。在向荣新区开 发建设过程中，吕学同志从落实科学发展观的角度，按照社会主义新农村建设的要求，实行“点线面”相结合，提出了场区绿化整体设想，在绿化布局上，注重乔灌木，花草相结合的立体式、全方位的绿化模式。各村也因地制宜的进行了美化、香化。2009年2010年利用两年时间，全乡共开辟绿化带960亩，覆盖所有村屯的主次街道，宽度标准为双侧6米10米，2011年全乡共投入资金100多万元，栽植榆树蓠300万株，各种绿化树木45000株，种植花草30多万株，实现了以向荣新区为牵动，以村屯街道为轴心，以通村公路为主线的全方位绿化美化，使向荣乡成为海伦市的新农村和小城镇建设绿化标杆乡镇。
四、强化务实的工作作风，不断推进自身建设 吕学同志能够经常深入实际，深入基层，深入农户，检查林业管护工作，逐地块落实造林任务，指导防治林木病虫害。全乡退耕还林工作做到了档案规范齐全，补贴资金下拔到位。在廉洁自律方面，他以身作则，率先垂范，办事公正，作风民主，坚持严格要求自己，多年来从未发生违法违纪行为。吕学不仅赢得了群众的赞誉，也得到了乡党委政府的信任，2009年至今，连续被海伦市政府授予嘉奖。

一、全面完成廊道绿化建设。2001年，**同志带领全镇工作人员对京珠高速公路、省道逍襄路进行了高标准规划，外侧为3050米宽的杨树林带。2011年又对断档部位每侧进行了2-5行补栽，共植树12000棵，其它乡村公路规划造林每侧23行杨树，搭配绿化树和灌木，成保率达到95以上。乌江沟、黄龙渠堤岸进行高标准绿化，2011年完成辖区内造林绿化任务，造林面积120.5公顷。据统计，全镇完成廊道绿化187公里，造林面积663.5公顷。

篇三林业个人先进事迹材料 用青春谱写绿色华章 记XX场长XXX 塞北高原腹地，一条清浅小河蜿蜒流淌，河对岸沙丘林立、黄沙漫天，河这边千山披翠、万木葱茏，这里便是塞罕坝机械林场抗击内蒙古浑善达克沙地南侵的最前沿----XXX林场。这里有位年轻人用他的青春和汗水默默浇灌着这片绿色屏障，他就是XXX林场历任最年轻的场长XXX。
翻开XXX简历，没有惊天的业绩，没有壮烈的事迹，只有一步一个脚印走过来的执著。1994年7月毕业于河北林校，同年到河北省塞罕坝机械林场工作至今，历任林场技术员、营林区主任、总、场纪检委委员、总场林业科副科长等职，现任塞罕坝林场下属XXX林场场长。参加工作15年来，他始终工作在第一线，把自己的心血和才智无私奉献给了“绿色事业”，献给了塞罕坝的西部沙丘，取得了突出的工作成绩，得到了领导职工的爱戴和赞誉。自参加工作以来，先后在省级学术刊物上发表了具有较高学术价值的专业论文10篇，连续9年被评为总场先进工作者，3次荣记省林业局三等功，先后获得“河北省科教兴林活动年先进个人”、“河北省林业先进工作者”、“承德市新长征突击手”等荣誉称号。
敢挑重担 他是科学营林、防风固沙的排头兵 XXX林场该场位于塞罕坝林场西部，北面则是茫茫的内蒙古浑善达克沙地，境内绝大部分为沙地沙丘，气候干旱，降雨偏少，是塞罕坝下属立地条件最差、生活条件最艰苦的一个林场。在这里当场长既艰苦，责任又大，就是这个谁都不愿意去的地方，XXX来了。
“我来这里工作，是要堂堂正正做人，清清白白做事，扎扎实实工作，实实在在干成事”，这是时年28岁的XXX上任伊始说的话。他的话语，让每一个务林人都心潮澎湃。
为了提高育林固沙技术，他经常亲自带领技术人员，不辞劳苦， 跋山涉水，连续几天奔走在各个营林区，潜心钻研育林技术。经过不懈努力，创立了一套适应本场条件的造林技术和管理模式，引用了耐寒抗旱的樟子松树种为主要造林树种，大力培养并全面使用樟子松容器苗木造林。经过反复试验，创新了培养苗木方法，制造类似造林地的环境条件，在苗木换床时加生根粉，装桶时蘸保水剂，上山前对圃地大水漫灌，并在造林后压盖防风土，极大地提高在沙地上造林的成活率。六年来，共培育樟子松及云杉容器苗200余万株，完成工程造林300多万株，容器苗使用率达100，提高造林成活率17。通过多年的探索研究和技术改进，特别是容器苗造林技术的成功应用，提高了塞罕坝西部干旱沙区的植被覆盖率，巩固了塞罕坝西部防风固沙阵地,“沙进人退”的现象得到了彻底的遏制。
常办实事 他是“为官一任、造福一方”的践行者 自塞罕坝建场以来，XXX林场就是塞罕坝的“大西北”，偏僻、艰苦、贫困。XXX任场长时，这里和建场之初没有什么变化，仍旧是一条坑洼弯曲的泥土路，几排低矮破旧的土石房，一群与世无争的务林人，不通班车，没有常电，工作生活条件极其艰苦。XXX来到这里以后，在总场的大力帮助下，积极争取政策项目，多方筹措资金，几年来共争取资金3000余万元，用于林场的基础设施建设。先后为场部和各个营林区架设了高低压电，使40多年场区和营林区点蜡烛几用煤油灯成为历史；
修建了场部和各营林区之间的砂石路30公里，硬化了XXX林场到总场的主干路26公里；
新建了林场办公楼，新建了全部三个营林区房舍和一处防火检查站；
