青春是追求。只有当勇气盖过怯弱、进取压倒苟安之时,青春才存在。果如此,则60见之长者比20岁之少年更具青春活力。仅仅岁月的流逝并不能使他们衰老。而一旦抛弃理想和信念,则垂垂老也。

岁月只能使皮肤起皱。而一旦丧失生活的激情,则连灵魂枯老,使人生枯如死水,毫无活力。

60岁长者也好,16岁少年也罢,每个人的内心深处都渴望奇迹,都如孩子一般眨着期待的双眼,期待着下一次,期待着生活的情趣,你我灵魂深处都有一座无线电中转站------只有你我年轻,则总能听到希望的呼唤,总能发出喜悦的欢呼,总能传达勇气的讯号,总能表现出青春的活力 一旦青春的天线倒下,你的灵魂即为玩世不恭之雪、悲观厌世之冰覆盖;
即使你年方 20.其实你已垂垂老也。而只要你青春的天线高高耸起,就可以随时接收到乐观的电波-----即使你年过八旬,行将就木,而你却仍然拥有青春,你仍然年轻。

To be honest, I am lacking so clear and ambitious dreams. My expectation of youth is that when I look back at my life, I will have no regrets over any time that passed, nor will I feel ashamed of not accomplishing anything---just as the saying goes. In which way our years can be described as brilliant I hold the opinion that we do what we should do first and then do what we want to do. As a student, the most fundumental thing we should do is reading ,of course, not limited to textbook. Really , books can eich our lives. Only if we lay a solid foundation of knowledge, learn some skills and open our vision can we be qualified to enjoy life traveling, shopping, climbing or something like that. Otherwise, we may feel uneasy while we are playing for fun, and the so called brilliant years will be like colored bubbles, which are splendid but hollow and short-lived. In addition, the state of one day is determined by our mood, so controlling our emotion is really a compulsory course for us. Though it is extremely difficult, we still have to. We wouldn t be happy if we can t let go of the bothersome trifles. Moreover, our youth can t be short of hardship. Everything well goes one’s way, which is sad and far from lucky. 一节英语课的评课标准 在进入教室,首先观察下与学生之间的互动情况,师生关系是否融洽。这是作为一名教师所应该具备的条件。只有这样,才能让孩子喜欢上英语课。

其次,开始进入上课,教师的复习,热身是如何呈现的。热身的方式有很多种。例如,有老师采用唱歌的方式,让学生复习知识。把Hello.这首歌,套进很多已经学习的单词,来复习。这是很新颖、灵活的方式。活跃课堂气氛。再如可采用快闪的方式,让学生集中注意力,回顾先前的知识。而在这个环节上,我在评课上,主要看复习的知识是否跟后面的新知呈现有关系。如果复习的知识,在后面的各个环节中可运用到。那么这个复习是有效的。但是往往很多新教师,复习与新知识的教授往往是脱节的。那么这个热身,就是无用功。是敷衍的环节。并且热身,要能够迅速的让学生投入到英语的课堂中。

三是,新知识的呈现上面。是否新颖。例如有老师采用先前学习的知识引入新知,就我个人而言,我很喜欢这样的方式。在学生熟悉的基础上学习新知。难度大大的降低。英语的教授,分为单词以及课文。这两个部分是脱节的。存在着纯粹的教单词,纯粹的教课文。教师时常将这两部分脱节的来接。因此,在评课的时候,我会看教师的教学上,有没有相互渗透。将句子拉到单词来教授,渗透句子。对于后面的学习降低难度。

四是,教师对于本教材,本课文的,知识目标,情感目标,能力目标是否把握明确。重难点有没有突破,突破的方式是怎么样的。这都是在评课中我会注意的地方。尤其在情感、能力目标上,我们往往注重知识目标,忽略这两个目标。例如在教授动物单词的时候,我们可以教学生We should love animals.这样对学生进行德育的渗透。很值得学习的地方。

五是,课堂的师生互动。学生的反应情况。师生互动体现在学生进行操练的时候,教师是否有走到课堂中,与学生进行互动,发现学生中发音,或者不知道怎么操练等问题,即使的纠正。学生的反应情况,可间接的呈现出学生掌握知识的情况,对于本节课学生掌握了多少。从学生的反应我们大可知道教师的这堂课是否成功。

七是,既然是英语的课堂,作为英语老师,是否应该采用全英文教学。答案是肯定的。我很推崇这个全英文教学。营造一个英文气氛,不断的渗透英文。英语是说出来的,不是学出来的。

八是,教师的板书设计是否新颖。能够凸显出教师的简笔画功底。板书在评课的当中也是我会关注的。板书明确、新颖、能让学生在进入课堂之后,一下子就知道今天要学习什么。

本节课的主要内容是小学英语第五册第四单元的第二课时,要求学生能讲述自己可以做的家务活以及学会询问朋友能做什么。是一堂以话题为主的情景对话课。它以听说训练为主线,通过看、听、说、演练、等一系列教学活动,使学生获得最基本的英语听说能力,并在教学中充分激发学生强烈的学习愿望。这节课达到了预期的教学目的。

1、设计较新颖。

对话教学就象一盘很难做好的菜,原料很简单,但怎样才能烹制出可口的味道了呢为了使内容更充实,通过创设情景,示范教学内容,习得语言知识点。并在掌握课本知识之后,启发学生的思维,组织学生实践,同过“我是大风车主持人”,调查等形式,培养了学生的语言交际能力。并以一首小诗达到巩固的目的,也陶冶了情操。教学环节环环相扣,遵循从易到难,由简到繁的认知规律多媒体课件简洁明了,恰到好处。

2、体现了学生的主体地位。

纵观这节课,我设计了大量的活动,如歌谣、调查、我是主持人等。学生参与面较广,充分调动了学生学习英语的积极性。整节课充分体现了以生为本的教育理念,安排了多样的学生活动,其中 有个人、两人、小组的,有教师指导性的,也(转载自第一网,请保留此标记。)有需学生独立或合作完成的。让他们通过小组合作,Pair work学会与他人交流,从而使学生的思维和想像力、审美情趣和艺术感受,协作和创新精神等综合素质得到发展。并以“小组比赛”的方式,充分调动了全体学生的参与积极性。

3、模拟情景,实现了学以致用的教学目标。

我通过创设情景,将学习内容与学生的实际生活相结合,使学生身临其境,从而达到了学以致用的目的。例如,在新授前,我创设了感恩节来引入课本对话,让学生受到情感教育。在教授完对话后,我又创设了大风车节目,让学生自由练说,根据自己的实际情况组织新对话,充分把学生的现实生活与教学内容相结合,达到学以致用之目的。
